Garment presser — Shomolu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment presser in Shomolu, Lagos State. The job is in a busy laundry. On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Six days a week, one day off.
