Abattoir worker — Cheatham County

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Cheatham County, Tennessee. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $26 per hour, based on your experience.
