Protective coatings painter — Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Wayne County, North Carolina. You will work at a property maintenance company. You should have: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Own brushes and basic hand tools • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator On a typical shift you will apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting.
