Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Polk County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application You should have: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
