Powder coating line operator • Grant County, Oklahoma

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Grant County, Oklahoma. You will work on an industrial coating line. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
