Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Hughes County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 6+ years on the tools preferred. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
