Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Mower County, Minnesota. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
