Refrigeration installation technician • Randall County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Randall County, Texas. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Your main tasks: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
