Fitter on the line — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Madison County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Requirements: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
