Immediate opening: we are hiring an insulation installer in Mercer County, Illinois. You will work at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Day to day you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness.
