QC technician — James City County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC technician in James City County, Virginia. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day to day you will carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
