Surface coating operator wanted in Caldwell County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Caldwell County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
