Framing carpenter • Martin County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Martin County, Texas. You will be based on a busy construction site. The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
