Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
