Trainee butcher — McCone County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in McCone County, Montana. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $30 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
