Industrial painter — Colleton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial painter in Colleton County, South Carolina. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish 2+ years on the tools preferred.
