Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Cheyenne County, Nebraska. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Day to day you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
