Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Macon County, North Carolina. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
