Immediate opening: shuttering fixer (New Jersey)

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Union County, New Jersey. Your main tasks: • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse Requirements: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
