Core maker wanted in Taney County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a core maker in Taney County, Missouri. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. You will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
