Immediate opening: we are hiring an event security steward in Kanabec County, Minnesota. The job is at a gated residential society. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Height and weight as per security norms The role involves: • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates Six days a week, one day off.
