HGV driver — Sedgwick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a HGV driver in Sedgwick County, Kansas. You will work on long-haul routes across the country. The role involves secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Ideal candidate: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card Full-time, day shift.
