Dough maker — Day County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Day County, South Dakota. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
