Bakery assistant wanted in Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Clay County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
