Floor and wall tile fitter — Monroe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Monroe County, Alabama. Day-to-day duties: • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Rotating shifts.
