Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Payne County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
