Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gray County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
