Immediate opening: industrial sewing operator (Maryland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Dorchester County, Maryland. You will be based in a small denim manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
