Grill cook — Providence County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Providence County, Rhode Island. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
