Powder coating line operator wanted in Pennington County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Pennington County, South Dakota. The job is in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns 2+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
