What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day-to-day duties: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Clear and reset tables between covers • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
