Lift technician wanted in Rooks County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift technician in Rooks County, Kansas. The job is at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. 5+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
