Moulder — Mora County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Mora County, New Mexico. Your main tasks: • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
