Aluminium technician • Caroline County, Maryland

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Caroline County, Maryland. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows On a typical shift you will install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
