Surface coating operator — Penobscot County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Penobscot County, Maine. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
