Pot washer — Stephens County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Stephens County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
