Baker — Clinton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a baker in Clinton County, Missouri. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
