Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Atkinson County, Georgia. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Willing to work shifts and overtime • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
