Refrigeration and AC technician — Williamson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Williamson County, Texas. You will work on new-build apartment projects. The role involves evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them; wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines. What we are looking for: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • ITI in refrigeration and air conditioning an advantage • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
