Dough maker — Damaturu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Damaturu, Yobe State. You will work at a cake shop. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker ₦180,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
