Flatlock machine operator • Mason County, Washington

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Mason County, Washington. The job is on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Six days a week, one day off.
