Commis chef — Cassia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Cassia County, Idaho. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
