Vacancy available: car painter (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car painter in LaSalle County, Illinois. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. Rotating shifts. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
