The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 4+ years on the tools preferred.
