Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Hartlepool, England. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. On a typical shift you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; read lift plans and method statements before starting; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness 6+ years on the tools preferred. £2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
