Cake decorator — Hamilton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Hamilton County, New York. You will work at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
