Cnc setter-operator — DeKalb County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in DeKalb County, Alabama. The role involves run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
