Immediate opening: coating plant operator (North Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Pierce County, North Dakota. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
