Semi-automatic welder wanted in Blue Earth County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. The role involves set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Full-time with occasional weekends.
