Cook wanted in Wood County

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Wood County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
